"Daring You To Dream A Different Dream For Maine's Tomorrow!"

                                                 Setting the Political Stage
Our political problem solving skill set is primarily all-o-pathic.  We must stop putting a band-aid on our communities’ challenges, and produce tangible solutions that will benefit ALL MAINERS.
Frederick Douglas was noted for saying: " Power concedes nothing without a demand- but power won’t even concede to a demand if the demand is coming from a weak constituency."

I believe the state of Maine can become a “Model State," but only when we stop allowing our minds to be bankrupted by doubt, fear, cultural profiling, and a lack of vision.  We must become united and bridge the gap between the north and the south and have a vision for our state that all of its citizens can believe in, and participate in for the manifestation of its success. When reality sets in that it’s not the absence of opportunity that is available in Maine, but the presence of a clear vision, a vision that  recognize that failure on any level in the state of Maine is not the sole product of the government but the absence of a collective vision from all of its citizens, then we can truly resound those famous words with a new twist.  "Maine , The Way Life Should Be Now!"

To make Maine a "Model State" putting our state at the top of National Ranking. The high standards for a "Model State" parallel Ms. Cooper-Pete's political standards for  the state of Maine: vision, character, moral fiber, honesty, accountability for results, effectiveness, and self-evaluation.

*Reforming the state budget, setting priorities, and cutting wasteful spending.
*Stimulating Maine's economy and turn the state budget deficit into a substantial surplus.
*Create an "Entrepreneurial Innovative " Think Tank.
*Audit the Government's entire system.
*Create bustling, thriving, educated, creative, money-making communities in the  North.
*Reconstruct and eventually end - Welfare!
